- Indigenous roots: Streets painted with naive art in the Morro do Querosene quarter of the Butantã neighborhood. This was a place where some of the indigenous trails of Latin America crossed.
- North-eastern roots: Lunch at the Mocotó Restaurant, Vila Medeiros, conversation with Josa the waiter.
- Afro-Brazilian roots: Visit to percussion group Ilu Obá De Mim in the center of São Paulo and/or Samba da Vela with traditional samba musicians of São Paulo and/or a rehearsal with Maracatu group Bloco de Pedra.
- Gastronomy: Mestre Queijeiro in Vila Madalena, Tuju Restaurant, cachaça-tasting at Amburana.
